Fully furnish 3 rooms on the main floor (usually) includes living, dining & master or home office.
Also decorating the entry, kitchen and bathrooms. Prices start at $1,800 for 1 month
1 Room Interior Decorating
Meet for 2 hours to discuss decor, budget and goals for the space. I will supply a mood board and hand select items you can purchase at your own leisure. Prices starting at $500
Occupied Home Staging Consult & Report
Prior to listing a furnished home, I can give a buyers perspective on decor, decluttering, and may offer other staging tips and needs specific to the home for a top-dollar offer. Report included. Packages start at $200
Wall treatments
We can design, install, & paint a wall treatment of your choice. Ideas include (but are not limited to) wainscoting, shiplap, vertical shiplap, barnwood v-groove, chairail and boxes. Prices start at $250 per 8 linear feet of wall space
